Adding alert notes

You can add notes to an alert.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Manage Alert screen by doing the following steps:
    1. In the Related Tasks panel, click Alert Search. The Alert Search screen opens.
    2. In the Alert Search Criteria panel, enter the details that are necessary to search the alert, and click Search. If your search results in a single alert, the alert details are displayed. If your search returns in multiple alerts, a list of alerts is displayed. Select the alert to view its details.
  3. Click the Notes tab. In the Note field, enter the content of the note.
  4. Enter other details if required and then click Save to add the note to the alert.
