Adding alert notes
You can add notes to an alert.
Procedure
- Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
- Go to the Manage Alert screen by doing
the following steps:
- In the Related Tasks panel, click Alert Search. The Alert Search screen opens.
- In the Alert Search Criteria panel, enter the details that are necessary to search the alert, and click Search. If your search results in a single alert, the alert details are displayed. If your search returns in multiple alerts, a list of alerts is displayed. Select the alert to view its details.
- Click the Notes tab. In the Note field, enter the content of the note.
- Enter other details if required and then click Save to add the note to the alert.
