Add more search criteria to advanced entitlement search in Sterling™ Business Center

You can include additional search criteria to perform a more detailed search and narrow down the search results.

1. In the Advanced Entitlement Search screen, click Add More Criteria.
2. A new row for specifying additional search criteria is displayed. Enter the appropriate search criteria, and click Search.

   The entitlements matching the search criteria are displayed. However, if there is only one customer entitlement matching the search criteria, the Customer Entitlement screen is displayed.

   Note: If the administration organization is not an entitlement organization, the entitlements that are available for the entitlement organization of the administration organization are displayed.
