Defining charge override reasons

You can review the configuration, which provides a list of reason codes that are available for charge override.

About this task

To configure charge override reasons:

1. In the Channel Applications Manager, click the Expand icon adjacent to Configure Order Administration to expand the branch.
2. Select Define Charge Override Reasons.
3. Enter information in the applicable fields. The following table describes the fields in the Charge Override Reason Details window.

   Charge override reason field value descriptions

   Fields	Description
   Charge Override Reasons	Enter a name for the charge override reason.
   Short Description	Enter a short description of the charge override reason.
   Long Description	Enter a more detailed description of the charge override reason.

4. Click the Save icon to save your changes.
