Channel Applications Manager provides an Order Notes Wizard
that enables you to define note types and configure automatic note
logging.
About this task
To access this wizard:
Procedure
- In the Channel Applications Manager, click
the Expand icon adjacent to Configure Order
Administration to expand the branch.
- Select Define Note Types and Configure Automatic
Note Logging. The Order History Notes Wizard screen displays the current
configuration choices for order notes.
- To change the current or default order entry
configuration, click Change Configuration. As you make decisions,
the wizard displays information in two panels: the left panel displays
the current decision choices you can make and the right panel displays
a summary of all of the configuration choices you have made.
- This screen displays all the note types
that have been configured. To add a note type:
- Click the Add icon to add
a new note type.
- Enter information in the applicable fields. The
following table describes the Note Types fields.
