IBM BPM on Cloud Performance Admin Console FAQs

Your IBM® BPM environment includes the Performance Data Warehouse, which stores data about process instances and tasks as they run in a process server or Process Center server environment. To manage server Performance Data Warehouse queues, and monitor its performance, use the Performance Admin Console.

Important: IBM BPM on Cloud components and the functions that they provide are based on the IBM BPM on premises product. The topics that are linked to here are in the IBM BPM Knowledge Center for IBM BPM V8.5.7. To see the topic that applies to your IBM BPM version, use the version drop-down option above the table of contents. Be aware that not everything that is described in the IBM BPM Knowledge Center applies to IBM BPM on Cloud or your version of IBM BPM.

Is Performance Admin Console available in both editions of IBM BPM on Cloud?

Yes, it's available in both IBM BPM on Cloud and IBM BPM on Cloud Express.

How do I manage Performance Data Warehouse queues?

As part of IBM BPM maintenance, you might need to view the Performance Data Warehouse load queue to determine which records have yet to be loaded to the database. You might also need to view the error queue to determine whether errors occurred during data transfer from the process server to the Performance Data Warehouse. For more information, see Viewing and managing Performance Data Warehouse queues.
