Setting up collaboration features for business users

IBM® Business Process Manager provides several features that allow business users to collaborate with other users while working with processes.

About this task

Within the Heritage Process Portal environment, users can request help from other users, collaborate in real time with other users on task completion, and communicate through messages in the process activity stream. All of these features are available without any configuration of your process applications. However, you can also enable users to chat with one another using Lotus Sametime Connect. You can also specify a set of expert users for a given activity so that users can immediately identify the best person to ask for assistance in completing a task.
