Enable or disable data refresh

When using the add-in for Excel, you can enable an automatic refresh setting to specify that you want the data in your IBM® Business Monitor instances and KPIs tables to be updated automatically. If you disable the automatic refresh setting, the data in the instances and KPIs tables can be updated by clicking the Refresh button on the current worksheet.

Procedure

  1. Click Preferences (preferences button).
  2. Select the Other tab.
  3. Under Automatic instance and KPI value refresh, complete one of the following tasks:
    • To turn on the setting, click Enable.
    • To turn off the setting click Disable.
  4. Click OK to save and exit Preferences.
