Schedule purging and archiving instance data
Schedule purging instance data from the monitor database and archiving it to a directory on the server.
Access this administrative console page by clicking .
Indicate the instances that you want to purge by age and termination time, and then indicate the directory or file to store the archived data.
Time Filter
- Days - Instances older than the number of days that you enter are purged.
- Hours - Instances older than the number of hours that you enter are purged.
- Minutes - Instances older than the number of minutes that you enter are purged.
Archive
- Archive purged instance to a directory on the server (CSV files) - If you select this check box, enter the full path where you want to store the archived files or click Browse to search for it.
- Append to existing file - Select this check box to append the purged files to an existing file, and then enter the maximum size for this file.
- Maximum file size - Enter the maximum size for this file.
After you set the schedule for purging and archiving instance data, click Apply or OK.
