Managing spaces
It's a good idea to do some housekeeping on your spaces. You might want to promote under-used processes, decisions, or policies. Or, you might decide to archive artifacts that are not being used.
In the Space Stats view, you can see the amount of activity that is associated with a specific space and its subspaces.
To see the Space Stats view, you must have Manage and Edit permission on that space.
- On the Space Details page, click Stats. You see the usage statistics for blueprints, decisions, policies, and process apps in the space.
- Filter based on the type of artifact you want to see and the length of time you're interested in.
- Hover over an artifact in the chart to see the number of activities for that artifact. Click the artifact to see the details.
- If there are subspaces, you can click Include Subspaces to see activities in the subspaces as well. You see only the subspaces that you have Manage and Edit permissions on.
- Click Export Space Activity to export the statistics to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).
