Printing
You can create a PDF of your process or decision diagram for printing or sharing.
- Open the process blueprint or decision. To print the discovery map of a process blueprint,
switch to the Discovery Map view. To print the process diagram, switch to the Process Diagram view.
Note: To print the Documentation elements of the process blueprint without any diagram elements, you do not need to generate a PDF. Instead, you can print directly from the Documentation view.
- Click the drop-down
menu in the breadcrumb in the toolbar and select Print PDF. - Select the page size for printing. If your diagram spans more than one page, you can use the slider to scale the image so that it prints across the number of pages that you want.
- Select the print options. If you select Include linked processes, any process that is linked to the process and has a process diagram is also printed. Linked processes inherit the settings of the main process that is being printed. For example, Expand all subprocesses expands all subprocesses in all linked processes as well as in the main process.
- Click Create PDF. The file is saved to the location that you select.
Tip: If text in a label is not displayed entirely in the PDF output, try hiding the
activity numbering to allow for more space: right-click your diagram and select Hide
Activity Numbering.
