About this task
Blueworks Live IQ can generate a range of
structured business documents from a process blueprint in a single chat exchange. The generated
documents are automatically attached to the process and available for download as editable
.docx files, which you can review, customize, and share with your team.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): A step-by-step procedural document that describes how to perform the process, who is responsible for each step, and relevant policies or guidelines.
- Business case: An executive-level document that summarizes the current state, proposed improvements, projected return on investment (ROI), and implementation roadmap.
- Work instructions: Detailed guidance for individual activities, intended for the people who perform the work.
- Audit report: A structured assessment of process compliance, completeness, and risk areas.
- Process documentation: A comprehensive description of the process, its participants, activities, and flows.
Generated documents are stored as process attachments and are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can download them from the chat at any time during this period, as long as the chat session is active. When you restart a chat session, all documents that were generated in that session are automatically deleted.
Administrators can manage storage space and delete unused files from the File management tab of the Admin page.
