Running playbacks

After a process playback has been defined, anyone with access to the process can run it.
To run a playback:
  1. From your process diagram, click Playback button to change to playback mode.
  2. Choose the playback from the blue bubbles.
  3. Click Play to step through each activity. Use the playback control buttons to move forward and back through the selected path.
  4. On the right side of the canvas, you can view the details, documentation, change history, and comments associated with each activity.

    You can also focus on particular properties during a playback. Select the properties that you want to focus on from the Analysis menu at the top of the page. The menu shows the available properties and the number of times that each property occurs in the current diagram. You can select as many numeric properties as you like, but only one textual property.

    You will see the property details for the analysis properties that you selected. The numeric properties are accumulated and shown for the activities that you stepped through in the playback path.

  5. To exit playback mode, click Exit in the playback controls.
