How-To AI assistant
The How‑To AI assistant provides in‑context help directly within Blueworks Live so you can quickly get answers to product questions.
Important: This feature is currently a technology preview.
The How-To assistant is trained on Blueworks Live product documentation and can help you find information swiftly, without searching through multiple help topics. Ask questions in natural language about any aspect of the product such as features, terminology, common tasks, or capability.
The How-To assistant is ideal for:
- New users who are learning about the product.
- Finding specific information about features.
- Understanding how to complete tasks.
- Getting quick guidance without leaving your workspace.
To access the How-To assistant:
- Click the
icon to open the AI chat
panel. - Select the How To tile.
- Enter your question in the chat.
- "How do I add a gateway to my process?"
- "What are the different user types in Blueworks Live?"
- "How can I export a process diagram?"
- "What is the difference between a milestone and an event?"
Tip: To get the best results from the How-To assistant:
