To maintain optimal performance in your account, you might want to regularly review activity and identify candidates for deletion, such as old file attachments, inactive artifacts, or unused spaces.
Establish data retention and management policies within your account and communicate them to your
team. Use the following questions to create your policy:
- When should editors archive an artifact?
- When should admins delete an archived artifact?
- When should admins delete file attachments?
Depending on your account size and level of activity, you might want to review archived artifacts quarterly or annually to identify candidates for deletion. You can also review file attachments and delete the files that are inactive and archived.
