Campaign Performance

The Campaign Performance shows an overview of the success rate of a campaign in terms of sales, revenue, and customer reach.

The following values and charts are displayed in the Campaign Performance report:

Campaign details
The dates on which the campaign ran, the campaign name, and the price at which it was offered. Also, a description of the primary and secondary incentives, ticket type, ticket level, and events included.
Delivery rate
The percentage of customers to whom the email was successfully delivered. Some sent emails might bounce back.
Open rate
The percentage of customers who opened the promotional email.
Ad-click rate
The percentage of customers who clicked the promotional link within the email.
Win rate
The percentage of customer purchases that used a campaign promotion code versus the total number of customers who received a promotional email or SMS.
Predictive revenue vs actual revenue
Bar chart that shows the gap between actual sales revenue and predicted sales revenue for the campaign. Each highlighted zone indicates whether the revenue figure is below target, on target, or above target.
Hover over each bar to see the revenue figures.
If the campaign ran for multiple seasons within your specified date range, revenue figures for previous seasons are shown for comparison.
Customer reach
Bar chart that shows the gap between actual number of promotional emails and the recommended number of emails to send. Each highlighted zone indicates whether the number of emails is below target, on target, or above target.
Hover over each bar to see the email numbers.
If the campaign ran for multiple seasons within your specified date range, email numbers for previous seasons are shown for comparison.
Conversion
Bar chart that shows the actions after promotional emails were sent to customers. Each bar represents an action. For example, if 1000 emails were sent, there might be 500 opened, 100 forwarded, and 300 purchases.

To see a detailed list of customers in a specific category, click the bar.
Conversion over time
Bar and line chart that tracks actions daily for the campaign dates. The bars represent the number of emails sent each month. Each line shows the progress of an action over the duration of the campaign. You can compare the progress for each action to see which dates recorded the highest and lowest levels of customer engagement. For example, for emails that were sent on 1 December, most might be opened on same day, with the largest number of purchases on 7 December.

To see a detailed list of customers in a specific category, click the bar or bubble.
Ticket level lead time
Stacked bar chart that shows, for each ticket level sold, the number of days taken from sending the promotional email to completing a customer purchase. Each stack represents a ticket level.

Event lead time
Stacked bar chart that shows, for each event sold, the number of days taken from sending the promotional email to completing a customer purchase. Each stack represents an event.
Hover over each stack to see the details of an event.
Day of week engagement
Table that shows the levels of customer engagement for each day of the week. Each row represents an action.
Hover over each cell to see the customer engagement details.
Sales by community
Chart that shows the volume of sales by community. Each box represents a community, and the size of the box indicates its relative sales volume.
Hover over each box to see the sales amount.
You can filter the data in the report in the following ways:
  • By date range.
  • By campaign status.
  • By campaign name.
  • By season.

To see a list of recommended customers for a campaign, click Customer List. Click Campaign Performance to return to the Campaign Performance.

You can explore the reasons why a campaign's performance was on target, or above or below expectation, by reviewing the Campaign Changes.

Customer List

The Customer List displays customer name, predicted and actual revenue figures, email address, customer ID number, customer segment, probability type and range, contact information, and other details about each customer.

You can view this list in Excel, CSV, and other formats and then save it in a file.

Customer Profile

The Customer Profile contains these tabs: Customer Profile tab, Marketing Activities tab, and Sales Transactions tab.

The Marketing Activities tab shows the details of a campaign that was offered to the customer. It includes the dates on which the campaign ran, whether the campaign was offered to the customer, and the price at which it was offered. Also, a description of the primary and secondary incentives, ticket type, ticket level, and events included in the offer.

The following charts for the customer are displayed:
  • Predictive revenue vs actual revenue.
  • Conversion over time.
  • Ticket level lead time.
  • Event lead time.
You can filter the data in the following ways:
  • By date range.
  • By campaign status.
  • By campaign name.
