Working with BPM documents in the BPM Document List coach view
The BPM Document List coach view works with BPM documents. The BPM Document List builds a CMIS default query, but the query can be modified by specifying additional configuration options.

Optionally, you can specify the properties that you want to display by configuring the columns for the view. If you specify at least one column, the BPM Document List will build a table that has the one or more columns that you specified. The Columns option allows you to specify any of the following document properties:
- Doc name (clickable)
- Doc name
- Type (file or URL)
- File name
- Version label
- Last modified by
- Last modified date
- Created by
- Created date

You can also specify filter criteria by adding property name/value pairs to the Filter configuration option and defining the match rule.
