Explanation
SMAP files are generated for debugging purposes.  Each rule set and decision table has a separate SMAP file that is created in the same location as the Java file representing the rule set or Decision Table.

Check that the directory exists where the rule set and decision table code is generated for the Java file and the SMAP file. The directory is defined by the namespace of the rule set or decision table.
