Explanation
The application is running in an environment where there is no Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI) service.  The Common Event Infrastructure (CEI) emitter factory cannot be found.  A likely cause of the problem is that the JNDI location specified in the configuration of the Common Event Infrastructure (CEI) default emitter has a value that is not valid.
