Deleting Business Process Choreographer Explorer or Business Process Archive Explorer views

Over time, views that have been created on an instance of Business Process Choreographer Explorer or Business Process Archive Explorer might no longer be needed. For example, when employees leave the company, you might want clean up the database to remove their personalized views.

About this task

If you have the system administrator role, you can delete customized views and personalized views owned by other users by completing the following steps.

Procedure

  1. Click Manage Views in the taskbar.
  2. In the Manage Views page, expand the Export and Delete Views section.
  3. Select the view type.
    If you want to delete a view that belongs to a specific user, enter the user ID for the user. Click Refresh.
  4. In the list of views, select one or more views, and click Delete.
    The views are removed from your navigation pane. For other users, the view is not removed until the next time that they log in to the instance of the client.
