The Case Visualizer view provides historical information to a case in client-side human services. The information representation shows the progression of events, tasks, and work items over time for the case and might use significant computing resource, specifically database server storage, and CPU. Attention to the solution design, capacity planning, monitoring, and system (database) maintenance are essential to use the feature effectively.

You can configure the Case Visualizer by using the configuration properties. When Case Visualizer view is used in the context of the process user task page, the view configures itself based on the parent case, without specifying the Case identifier and Target Object Store name in the view’s configuration.
