Hello World Part 1: Getting started

This sample shows you how to use IBM® Integration Designer to create, deploy, and run a mediated call to an existing web service.

In the sample, you learn how to complete the following activities:

• Navigate the workbench.
• Create a library project for shared artifacts.
• Create a mediation module project for integration logic.
• Invoke a web service.
• Mediate a web service call with a mediation flow, to map its interface to another interface.
• Expose a mediation flow as a new service with a different interface.
• Deploy a mediation module.
• Run and test a mediation module.

This sample runs on IBM Workflow Server.
