The performance scoreboards are not exposed by default. If you want to expose them to your Process Portal users, you must complete some manual steps.

Before you begin

Attention: Process Portal now supports performance scoreboards. The following information applies to both Heritage Process Portal (deprecated) and Process Portal. However, Process Portal for federated environments does not support performance scoreboards.

To perform this task, you must be in the IBM® Process Designer desktop editor, which is deprecated.

Procedure

If you want to expose a performance scoreboard to your Heritage Process Portal users, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the desktop Process Designer (deprecated).
  2. Open the process application.
  3. Click Performance and then open the scoreboard.
  4. In the Exposing section, click Select next to the Exposed to field to choose the team whose members can view and use the scoreboard.
To create a team, click New. To remove an assigned team, click the X icon next to the Exposed to field.
  5. Click Save or Finish Editing.
For details about declaring variables for the client-side human services, see Declaring variables

Results

The scoreboard is available in the Process Portal.
