Use Process Portal to work on your assigned tasks and collaborate with others to complete your work efficiently. In addition, if you have the associated permission, you can work with process instances or use dashboards to view and act on the performance of teams, individuals, and processes.

Getting started

Access Process Portal through a web browser. The web address has the following format: 
https://[host_name]:[port]/ProcessPortal
Provide the name of the host on which the workflow server is installed and the port that was designated for the server during the installation.
Note: When you log in to Process Portal, the unique user avatar key is used as part of the call. Because this is a cacheable call, the browser caches the content if the subsequent call is made with the same key before the content expires. Process Portal retrieves this avatar key during its own initialization to ensure that the value is up-to-date./rest/bpm/wle/v1/avatar/image/current?<avatar key>

Dashboards

The Process Portal default start page is the Work dashboard, however, your administrator might have specified a different start page for your environment. You can change your default start page by changing the order of the entries in the Dashboards list in the navigation pane: the first entry in the list is used as your default start page.

The Work dashboard contains your task list. It has a main menu where you can start dashboards and saved searches from, a context menu that shows the process instances you are following, and the posts that mention you. On mobile devices these menus might not be visible when you start Process Portal, but you can display them by selecting the appropriate icons.
