Case Client
The Case Client is a web-based application
for case workers to complete their work for each case. Before the Case Client is deployed into production so that case workers
can access it, business analysts can modify the application to customize it.
The Case Client is a widgets application with a set of pages that are configured to work together, enabling case workers to manage cases and process work items. A business analyst designs the views and in-baskets for the Case Client in the Case Builder. Business analysts can use the provided pages and widgets, or they can further customize the Case Client by adding additional pages or widgets.
