Log files for solution deployment
You can view the errors in the log or additional details
about a solution deployment at any time by using IBM® Administration Console for
Content Platform Engine to open the log file.
The Error Deployment Log and the Detail
Deployment Log files are stored in the /IBM Case
Manager/Solution Deployments/solution_name folder
in the target object store.
The deployment logs are useful for troubleshooting problems with the way a solution is defined, and the logs can provide context for problems with a solution. Depending on the seriousness of a problem, the solution deployment logs might not be available. Additional troubleshooting information is available in the other application log files.
To view the deployment logs:
- Log in to IBM Administration Console for Content Platform Engine.
- Expand the Object stores folder and double-click the target object store.
- Expand the Browse folder.
- Expand the Root folder.
- Expand the IBM Business Automation Workflow folder and click the Solution Deployments folder.
- To view information about a log file, click the entry for the log file.
- To view the contents of a log file, select the log file and click .
