Use a configuration option to include work items that are configured with existing workflow processes or external processes in the in-basket.

About this task

Procedure

To include work items with existing processes in the in-basket:

  1. Log in to IBM Content Navigator administration desktop and go to Plug-ins.
  2. Select Business Automation Workflow Case client plug-in, and click Edit.
  3. Select the Show the work items that are configured with the existing Business Automation Workflow processes in In-baskets check-box.
    Note: When the configuration option is clear, the work items that are configured with existing processes of the same solution application (configured with 'this' project) are no longer filtered out of the in-basket.
  4. Click Save > Close.
  5. Reload the desktop.
