Configuring reassignment items in the In-baskets widget

You can configure the task reassign action to restrict the role members when you are reassigning tasks in the In-basket widget.

Procedure

To configure restriction of roles the In-baskets widget:

  1. Click the Edit Settings icon.
  2. Select the Menu tab.
  3. Select Reassign Items from the drop-down list.
  4. Set the following configuration options:
    Property Description
    Prevent users from browsing Select the checkbox to prevent the users in-baskets who are not suppose to be.
    Send Close page event later reassign Select the checkbox to close the page event.
    Restrict assignments for these roles Select the checkbox to restrict the reassignment for users from solution roles only and further filter to a selected set of solution roles.
