You can use Case Analyzer tools to administer the Case Analyzer store. This is done by using the Case Analyzer Process Task Manager and Case Analyzer compression tools.

About this task

To administer the Case Analyzer store:

Procedure

  1. Extract the CaseAnalyzerTools.zip in your < BAW Installation Folder >CaseManagement > analytics folder.
  2. Extract the folder and give appropriate permissions to all the files and executable files.
  3. Follow the readme.txt file to continue.

    Note: Case Analyzer handles the processing of reopened cases by default and no configuration is required.
  4. Optional: Process the updates on a completed case by following the instructions in Enabling Case Analyzer to update completed cases.
