Support lifecycle policy

IBM® Business Automation Workflow 25.0.x uses a Support Cycle-3 lifecycle policy to provide new functions and enhancements more frequently, along with security updates and defect fixes.

Business Automation Workflow 25.0.1.0 is a Limited Support Release, for which support is provided until the following dates:
  • 6 months of proactive interim fixes, ending in June 2026.
  • 6 months of reactive interim fixes after the proactive support ends. The reactive support ends in December 2026.
  • Usage and known defect support, ending in September 2028.
