Deploying case solution fails with NullPointerException
Case solution snapshot deployment using REST API fails because a user that is assigned to
case membership no longer exists in LDAP. You need to delete the case membership permissions of the
deleted user from the assignment table of Content Platform Engine using
ACCE.
Symptoms
When you deploy the case solution snapshot using REST API, the following error occurs:
FNRPA0949E An attempt to reindex case instances to Elasticsearch after a deployment has
failed.
Resolving the problem
Try the following steps:
- Using ACCE, go to
- Search by using the assignment base class. The list of users that match your search criteria appears.
- Verify the user deleted from LDAP.
- Select the user and delete by using bulk actions.
