Website Viewer widget

You use the Website Viewer widget to display the website that is associated with a specified URL. For example, you might use this widget to display your company’s internal website to case workers. Case workers can browse the website in the Website Viewer widget by clicking the links in the site in the same way that they use a web browser.

You can add the Website Viewer widget to any page that you want. You edit the settings of the Website Viewer widget to specify the URL for the website that you want to display.

When the Website Viewer widget is used in default Adapter pages that incorporate client-side human services, it is renamed to "Client-Side Human Service Viewer". By default, the Client-Side Human Service Viewer is included in the following Adapter pages:

Split Case Adapter page
Add Case Adapter page
Case Details Adapter page
Process Task Details Adapter page
Process Instance Details Adapter page

Note: If the Website Viewer widget is to be used to view client-side human services, the value for the widget settings field URL for the website to be displayed should always be blank. If any URL or value is specified, the URL will be rendered.
