Working with processes

The IBM® Business Automation Workflow plug-in for IBM Content Navigator provides a unified content workflow by bringing your Business Automation Workflow Process Portal Work dashboard into the IBM Business Automation Workflow desktop. You can then view your Work dashboard tasks in the desktop, claim them and work on them just as you do in Business Automation Workflow Process Portal. You can also launch an Business Automation Workflow process from a document in the IBM Business Automation Workflow desktop.

To view the Work Dashboard:

From the Features drop-down list in the IBM Business Automation Workflow desktop, click the Work Dashboard icon .

You will see the Work Dashboard showing the current task list for the user that is logged in. You can view a task, claim it and work on it.
