Content Cortex Workflow dashboards

You can use the built-in Content Cortex Workflow dashboards to view the status and processing of Content Cortex workflows and evaluate the amount and status of work per time period or per user. The dashboards are based on the IBM® Content Cortex Case Analyzer reports.

Note: To enable these dashboards, the Business Automation Insights event processing parameter force_elasticsearch_timeseries must be set to true.

Workflow - Content Cortex Workflow

This dashboard displays chart charts that provide information about the status and processing of Content Cortex workflows in your system.

Current Number Of Workflows
This chart displays the number of workflows that are currently available in the system. The information is grouped by workflow definition.
Average Time Spent To Complete Work Items Of Workflows
