Refining data for charts

From the Filters or the Filters and predictions tab, refine your data selection. Filters allow you to select a subset of data that you want to focus on, or to exclude data. You can also modify or define a time range.

Procedure

  1. Select Filters: pie chart
  2. From Data item, choose the data item that you want to focus on, and then define an operator and value to refine the results.
  3. Optional: Override an existing time range or define a new time range.
  4. Optional: Activate and configure the predictions feature.

What to do next

The visualization panel automatically refreshes to display the selected data.
