Adding a page that opens an external URL

Learn how to add a link-type pages in Analytics Content Hub.

About this task

When you create a link-type page, you can access external URLs from the page header level.

Note: If you want to create individual URL objects, see Adding URL objects to Analytics Content Hub content store.

Procedure

  1. Inside the application, open the Analytics Content Hub Designer.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow icon to expand the Page menu.
  3. Click the New page option.
  4. Select the Link type and click Done to add the page.
  5. Go to the Properties panel of the page that you created and provide the following details: Page name, Path, and URL address. You also need to specify the Target attribute, which defines whether the page opens in a new, or in the same browser window.
  6. Save the changes and close the Designer.
