Setting up and configuring the connection between Analytics Content Hub and Microsoft Engage

Learn how to create and configure the connection between Analytics Content Hub and Microsoft Engage.

Before you begin

Before you connect Analytics Content Hub to Microsoft Engage, you must create an app registration in Azure. For more information, see Creating an Azure App Registration for Microsoft Engage.

You must be an administrator to set up a new connection.

Procedure

  1. Open the Analytics Content Hub Control Center.
  2. Click the Connectors and select New Connector.
  3. Select Microsoft Viva Engage.
  4. Provide a Display Name for the new connector.
  5. Enter the Application (client) ID and App secret values.
    You get these values by creating an app registration in Azure.
  6. Check if the default Return URI matches the URI that you provided in the Azure app registration and then press Next.
  7. Provide the system credentials and your account credentials.

What to do next

When you complete the configuration, the connector is ready to use. You can now add Microsoft Engage channels in Analytics Content Hub applications. For more information, see Embedding a Microsoft Engage channel on Analytics Content Hub pages.
