Downloading multiple files

Learn how to download multiple artifacts.

To download an object, it must come from a connector that supports downloading files, for example: Cognos Analytics reports, File System artifacts, One Drive artifacts, SharePoint artifacts, Google Drive artifacts, and Box artifacts.

Procedure

You can download objects from multiple places within the Analytics Content Hub user interface.

If you want to download files from a Content Lane, follow these steps:
1. Hover over objects in the Content Lane and select the checkbox for the items that you need to download.
2. Right-click on one of the objects and select Download > Zip Archive.
  A confirmation message briefly appears. When the download is complete, you can find the file in your Downloads folder.
If you want to download files from the Explore Content or a Catalog Page, follow these steps:
1. Click your Avatar icon and select Explore Content.
2. Navigate to the artifacts that you need to download.
3. Hover over the objects and select the checkbox for respective items.
4. Click the Download icon.
  If you click the Download amount items, it downloads the files separately. You must hover over the icon to display the Zip Archive option.
  
  A confirmation message briefly appears. When the download is complete, you can find the file in your Downloads folder.
