Displaying Analytics Content Hub content

If a user is unable to view Analytics Content Hub content, you must grant them necessary permissions.

Procedure

  1. Identify which permissions the user does not have.
  2. If the user is missing Analytics Content Hub permissions, follow these steps:
    1. Click the Hive Launcher icon and select Open Designer.
    2. Click the Properties icon to open the Properties panel.
    3. In the General section, click Share with and give permissions to the user.
  3. If the user is missing color scheme permissions, follow these steps:
    1. Go to Manage IBM Analytics Content Hub and then proceed to Customizations.
    2. Select the Colors option.
    3. Locate the color scheme that is assigned to the application.
    4. Click Share with and give permissions to the user.
  4. If the user is missing theme permissions, follow these steps:
    1. Go to Manage IBM Analytics Content Hub and then proceed to Customizations.
    2. Select the Themes option.
    3. Locate the theme that is assigned to the application.
    4. Click Share with and give permissions to the user.
