Getting started with BTI

Company users view their supply chain insights from the dashboard and search to find more detailed transaction information.

Step 1: Learn about the Dashboard

The home page of BTI is a dashboard that shows an overview of your supply chain documents and trading partners over the specified time frame.

Step 2: Search your supply chain

Enter a query in the search bar, just like your favorite search engine! Search on a specific document, trading partner, date range, or status. For more information about search queries, see Searching in the dashboard

Step 3: Understand transaction flows

BTI processes your supply chain documents and combines the information into simple transaction flows. From the search results, you can select a transaction and view associated documents, status, line items, and raw EDI data.
