Troubleshooting: Cannot edit checked out map

If you clicked Check out for a map and then clicked Cancel when you were prompted to select the location to save it, the map was still checked out in your name. In this scenario, either Download the source map to continue working on it or undo the check-out.

You can download the source map from the Mapping page or the Mapping details page. You can also undo your check-out by clicking Undo check out.
