Archive Options

IBM Sterling e-Invoicing supports two methods of archiving invoices:

IBM Sterling e-Invoicing archive

In this method, invoices are stored in a database that is managed by IBM Sterling e-Invoicing and the archive is managed automatically. IBM Sterling e-Invoicing provides a user interface to support viewing the archive data.

Other archive

In this method, you use IBM Sterling e-Invoicing to sign and validate invoices, but you archive the invoices yourself, or have another party archive them for you, to enable tax auditors to review them in the future.
