After you associate a trading partner business alias with your company, you might want to
create an SSL certificate within it.
About this task
From the side navigation menu, select . This action opens the
SSL certificates list page.
Procedure
- Click Add certificate.
- Select a trading partner type. The following options are available:
- Partner company is a shared trading partner company that exists within the partner repository of
B2Bi SaaS. You can interact with this company by adding
it as your trading partner association.
- Partner business is a trading partner that is created and owned by your company and is visible
only within your company. Any resource that you create within this business is visible only to
you.
If you do not see your trading partner association in the list, contact your
administrator.
- Select a trading partner from the drop down.
- On the Name field, provide the name for the SSL
certificate.
- If you want to use a different SSL certificate in the CTE and production environments,
select the Uses a different certificate in CTE and production
checkbox.
- Select a certificate to upload. You can upload a system certificate
(keystore) or trusted certificate (truststore).
This feature is available only within the
context of a non-customer company. And only IBM Support can access
it.
A business user, within the customer context, can only create and share trusted
certificates.
- Provide a description.
- Click Add.
You created an SSL certificate that is
associated with your trading partner.
