Overview of Configuration Hub

IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS Configuration Hub is a tool that IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS customers can use to manage portions of their day-to-day business. IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS Configuration Hub provides enhanced configuration capabilities for IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS users to manage their own deployment configurations.

Configuration Hub users can choose to work with maps, code lists, or both.

With Configuration Hub, users can create and edit code lists and maps in the customer test environment (CTE) before the code lists and maps are deployed to the production environment.

Code lists and maps can be checked out by users who want to edit them or downloaded as read-only. Configuration Hub also contains detailed information on each asset.

You can manage different code list values between CTE and production and view the full code list version history. You can compare and determine whether a currently deployed CTE code list and a currently deployed production code list are identical at a specific point in time.

Configuration Hub also integrates managing for locking and checking out code lists and maps. You can also transfer a work-in-progress code list or map to another member of your team.

If you use maps in Configuration Hub, the Map test tool provides a transformation test tool function and document extract function to test maps in the Configuration Hub UI.
