Troubleshooting a processing status

To troubleshoot a Processing status, consider its location and take the following actions.

Processing status in search results or on Most recent documents page

The overall status of the data is Processing, indicating that it was received, processed successfully, and is waiting to be sent.

Wait 5 or 10 minutes, then refresh the page to see whether the status updates to Success. If the status is still Processing, you can examine the Processing event in the Event details tab of the Document detail page.

The Document detail table displays the overall status as Processing, indicating that the data was received, processed successfully, and is waiting to be sent.

Wait 5 or 10 minutes, then refresh the page to see whether the status updates to Success. If the status is still Processing, contact IBM Customer Support. You can also examine the Processing event in the File details tab of the Document detail page, to see the first 32K of the raw data at the point where processing stopped.
