Statuses
Statuses, which are displayed in the Status column of your search results as well as on the Dashboard and Document detail pages, summarize the overall progress of a file or document through the system. Statuses can be Success, Processing, Failed, or Deferred. Each status can also have Reviewed and System reviewed variations.
Success
A Success status means that the data passed through the system successfully. It was received, processed, and sent to the receiver.
Processing
A Processing status means that the data is waiting to be sent to the receiver. It was received and processed successfully, but has not yet been sent.
Failed
A Failed status means that the progress of the data stopped. Either the data failed to process correctly, or it cannot be sent to the receiver.
Deferred
A Deferred status means that the data was processed, but the enveloping process has been deferred until a predetermined scheduled time or until a file size limit has been met, depending on which type of Deferred/Delayed Enveloping (DDE) you have selected.
Reviewed
A Reviewed status means that a file or document was manually reviewed. If there are any review comments on the file or document, you can see them on the Document detail page in the File column, with the file name ReviewedComments.txt.
System reviewed
A System reviewed status means that a file or document was automatically reviewed by InFlight and an email was sent to a configured list of users. You can enable this feature by calling IBM Customer Support.
