Troubleshooting: Cannot remove another user's check-out or lock

The ability to remove another user's map or code list check-out or lock is not available to the Company user (user) role in Configuration Hub. To remove a check-out or lock placed on a map or code list by another user, contact your Company administrator (admin) or IBM®.
