Error Severity Levels

The severity of a transmission error determines what happens to the data you sent. If data cannot be delivered to the receiver, it is sent to the Customer Service error mailbox where its security is protected.

The following table describes the error code severity levels:

Severity Level Result Data Received
Error Interchange sent conforms to the data format standard used. However, the sender and receiver customer or non-customer profile information was incomplete on B2B Integration SaaS.
  • Interchange is not delivered to the receiver; it is temporarily suspended and delivered to the Customer Service error mailbox.
  • You might have to correct an error in your data and send the interchange to B2B Integration SaaS again.
  • You might have to call Customer Service and ask them to correct the profile setup on B2B Integration SaaS. After the setup is correct, you can ask Customer Service to restart the interchange through B2B Integration SaaS for delivery to the receiver.

Fatal Interchange sent did not conform to the data format standard used.
  • Interchange is not delivered to the receiver, but it is delivered to the Customer Service error mailbox.
  • You will probably have to correct the error and send the interchange to B2B Integration SaaS again.
  • Call Customer Service if necessary.

Error codes 0404, 0411, 0502, 0503, 0801 and 0802 are Warning error codes; data is not sent to the Customer Service error mailbox and is delivered to the receiver. You can make these error codes Fatal error codes by calling Customer Service and changing your B2B Integration SaaS customer profile.
