The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. A GE functional group trailer segment contained a Document Count (GE01 data element) that did not match the B2B Integration SaaS physical document count.

Correcting 0508

To correct Error 0508, follow these steps:
  1. Check the outbound file you sent to B2B Integration SaaS. Verify that there are no missing documents.
  2. If the outbound file you sent has no missing documents, call Customer Service to verify what data was received. It is possible that data was lost during communications.
  3. Send the interchange again.
