Error 0224

Data delivered to receiver? No

The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. It did not conform to the data standard you used. The interchange had one of these errors:

  • It did not contain a functional group start segment (GS).
  • It contained an invalid segment terminator.
  • It was missing a segment terminator.
  • The ISA interchange header segment was not 106 characters long.

Correcting 0224

To correct Error 0224, follow these steps:
  1. In the trading partner profile table of your translation software, verify the group start segment is correct and contains a valid segment terminator. Make sure the ISA interchange header segment is 106 characters. If you have questions about your translation software, call your translation software vendor.
  2. Correct the data.
  3. Send the interchange again.
