Using chatbot for SFTP configurations

Configuration Hub provides you with the capability to create SFTP configuration through a chatbot. The feature uses a contextual, conversational automated chat that can help you create, list, edit, or search SFTP configurations within minutes.

About this task

Refer to the indicative process and follow the steps within the Configuration Hub application.

Procedure

  1. Login into B2B Integration SaaS.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Configuration Hub.
  3. Then, select your company.
  4. From the navigation menu, click Company resources > Connections.
  5. On the Connections listing page, your AI assistant pops-up on the bottom-right corner. Click it to begin your interaction.
  6. For the first-time use, you must acknowledge the disclaimer. Click I accept.
  7. Choose from the following actions.
    • Create an SFTP connection
    • List/Edit SFTP configurations
    • Search SFTP configurations
  8. Follow the instructions on the chatbot.
